Aside from the helpful support features found under the 'SUPPORT' menu item, you also have access to our Chat Bot facility. This is a way to receive 24/7 support from our automated system, which has been developed to provide answers to all of the most common safeMedicate queries.
Please note: the Chat Bot is an automated facility and not a real person.
To access the Chat Bot, you will find a green icon at the bottom right of your screen - this can be accessed from anywhere within safeMedicate.
Click on the green box and the chat will open - you should be greeted by an automated greeting message with suggested options, as seen above. Either click an option, or type your query, such as "I've forgotten my password" or "how do I find my assessment results". The Chat Bot will take you through a series of questions which will help it determine how to best assist you. It's important that you click the options on screen where applicable and don't type freely, as this will confuse the Bot and lead to you not receiving the help you need.
In some cases, the Bot may present you with an option to be 'transferred to an agent'. In this instance, follow the instructions on screen, enter your details as required and hit 'send'. This will then come through to our dedicated Customer Support team.
If your query is passed through to us, please note that our opening hours are 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Although the Bot is available 24/7, our Customer Support team are not and they will respond to your query on the next working day if it is sent outside of our opening hours.
