Accessing support materials

 

There are many helpful support features that you can access from within your account. 

From within your account, you can access the 'SUPPORT' menu item, where a number of options will appear:

  1. FNS User Guide - this should be used when you are first given your account to help familiarise you with safeMedicate. Everything you need to know about safeMedicate can be found here. 

  2. Knowledge Base - this is where you are now and where you will find helpful FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) along with their answers. 

  3. Video Tutorials - we have a range of demonstration video tutorials that will step you through many of the features and functions of your safeMedicate account.
  4. Local Administrator - here you can find the contact details of any members of staff at your University / Organisation who can be contacted regarding safeMedicate, along with details of what you can contact them about. 

You also have the option to use our Customer Support facility - the safeMedicate Chat Bot. For more on this, see the 'how to use the safeMedicate Chat Bot' FAQ.
