I am having trouble logging in

You can login with your safeMedicate username (or registered email address) plus the password you chose at the time of registration.

If you have forgotten your password you can request a password reset using the link on the login page of the site.

To receive a password reset you MUST use the email address you have registered with us. If you request a reset using an incorrect email address you will not receive a response from us. We would always advise that you use your university email address when you register so that there is no confusion.

Please check your Inbox plus Spam / Junk folders for our email as sometimes our emails get filtered out by Spam / Junk filters.

The reset link we send to you is time-limited - it needs to be used within 24 hours. If you fail to use the link within this period you will need to request another link to be sent.
