When logging in, the system returns me to the front page with no error message.

This problem is usually caused by the privacy settings of your browser. You will need to enable cookies to solve the problem.
Each browser handles this differently.

Internet Explorer

Please follow these simple instructions to resolve the issue.

  1. Open Internet Explorer and choose TOOLS from the menu bar.
  2. On the TOOLS drop-down menu, choose INTERNET OPTIONS.
  3. On the INTERNET OPTIONS window, choose the PRIVACY TAB. This is found towards the top of the window.
  4. On the PRIVACY page, click the ADVANCED button. This can be found around the centre of the page.
  5. On the ADVANCED PRIVACY SETTINGS window, ensure there is a tick in the box next to OVERRIDE AUTOMATIC COOKIE HANDLING.
  6. On the same page, make sure that FIRST PARTY COOKIES & THIRD PARTY COOKIES are both set to ACCEPT.
  7. One the same page, ensure there is a tick in the box next to ALWAYS ALLOW SESSION COOKIES.
  8. Click OK to return to the previous window. Click OK again to return to Internet Explorer.

Firefox

Please follow these simple instructions to resolve the issue.

  1. Open Firefox and choose TOOLS from the menu bar.
  2. On the TOOLS drop-down menu, choose OPTIONS.
  3. On the OPTIONS window, choose the PRIVACY TAB. This is found towards the top of the window.
  4. On the PRIVACY page, click ACCEPT COOKIES FROM ALL SITES.
  5. Select KEEP UNTIL - THEY EXPIRE
  6. Click OK to return to Firefox.

Safari

Please follow these simple instructions to resolve the issue.

  1. Open Safari and choose EDIT from the menu bar.
  2. On the EDIT drop-down menu, choose PREFERENCES.
  3. On the PREFERENCES window, choose the SECURITY option. This is found towards the top of the window.
  4. On the SECURITY page, click ACCEPT COOKIES - ONLY FROM SITES I NAVIGATE TO.
  5. Close the PREFERENCES window to return to Safari.
